Secure today’s online rate by buying online and collecting in one of over 300 TUI travel shops nationwide.
- Once you have selected your collection branch, the earliest collection date will be displayed. For the majority of shops for EUR & USD this will be within 2 working days
- Choose your collections day up to 7 days in advance
- Pick up after 2pm on your chosen collection day

In order to collect your currency you must bring the following:
- Order Confirmation Number

Photographic ID e.g. passport or a full driving license
- The debit or credit card you used to pay for the currency online
Only the person that bought the currency will be allowed to collect it

HOME DELIVERY
Order your travel money cash online before 2pm and we'll send directly to your door by Royal Mail Special Delivery the next working day by 1pm.
- Free delivery for orders over £500
- £4.99 delivery charge for orders between £300 and £499.99
- £6.95 delivery charge for orders between £100 and £299.99
You must be present to sign for the delivery and all deliveries must be to your home address or where your payment card is registered.
Note: New Travel Money Cards will take up to 7 working days to be delivered; no signature is required, however, you will need to activate the card upon receipt.
